The amount of maintenance and cross reference on the US Congress, State Houses, Judges, Counties, and Cities Councils warrants a more sophisticated algorithm for maintaining election primaries, run-offs, campaigns and office turnover.
It could be used for elections at unions, PTAs, and other organizations as well.
I would like to contribute and coordinate with the PHP/SQL coding in this effort.

I'm not quite sure I saw the reasoning behind the links to the Texas delegation of the U.S. House of Representatives being on this page, so I removed them.
