Section: Notable 21st-century feminists

The section title "Notable 21st-century feminists" means a 2000– birth year (i.e. born in the 21st-century). However, all the names in the section were born in the 20th century, so they are not 21st-century feminists. Therefore, I changed the section title to "Notable 20th and 21st-century feminists", making the existence of the section less confusing. I also changed the birth period from 2000–2020 to 1940–2020, which indicates the history of the individuals in the list better (i.e. born between 1940–1999). Pyxis Solitary (yak).
