"It's not an article, it's in the Wikipedia namespace." — Kate Turner | Talk 08:06, 2004 Nov 16 (UTC)

If it were an article, I would use the talk page to make any comments I had. Since the comments I am making are intrinsically important to the purpose of the page (satire, humour, and valid points), the most appropriate action is to revert to restore them. This page was nominated for extreme deletion. Record of this discussion may be found at Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Extreme article deletion. Sadly, no points were awarded. Cool Hand Luke 02:22, 22 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Well, I tried to award points, but was accused of being too silly. This place changes a lot in two years! – Gurch 12:17, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
Thank you!
[edit]My old 2004 April fool's joke in the English Wikipedia... I think I've got reason to be proud (a little bit)!
Thank you all for enjoying it!

PS: The original "Extrem-Löschkandidating"-article originally was deleted <5 mins. after being made by an overaudacious SysOp, restored <2 mins. thereafter by another SysOp and moved to the Wikipedia:-Namespace... If that was not Extreme Article Deletion in its purest form... ;-)
Category?
[edit]This is funny, but can we get rid of Category:Pages on votes for extreme deletion? The only article it contains is Wikipedia:Votes for extreme deletion/Textfiles.com, which does link here. I'd like to have input on whether to list that pseudo-deletion page for deletion, move it to a sub-page of this "deletion page" and link it here (but not in the category), or do something else. I mostly just want to get the category off Wikipedia:Categories for deletion. -[[User:Aranel|Aranel ("Sarah")]] 20:52, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)

A Very intresting comment :-)
[edit]Hi,
I am basically a inclusionist but I'll give you hint of an article which comes upto standard given in your page for deletion. And not only one but three!
Reasons to support its deletion according to your page are
- Unencyclopedic
- Irreparably (not my) POV
- Is a secondary school (the article in question has a lot less member then secondary school!)
And the article is ..........................................
Wikipedia:Extreme article deletion
So I'll like you to put it for deletion as described in your goals. :-)))))))))))
Will love to hear your comments.

Err...
[edit]It would be funnier if this was Wikipedia:Random article deletion, as a request would have been made to have randomly deleted instead. Just another weird idea... ~ 15:02, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
Hilarious
[edit]This made me laugh so much. I don't know which is funnier- the game, or the deletion discussion. J Milburn 22:51, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I've created an essay on Gutting an article during deletion discussion.
You may find it interesting reading at: User:Cirt/Gutting.
