Goa'uld connection

[edit]

I'd like to believe that the Goa'uld rejected Unas as hosts as well because they weren't as asthaetically pleasing as their human hosts.

Also, as was specifically stated within several episodes, the lack of physical dexterity meant that they could never progress beyond or use technology more advanced than the stone-age.

Unas language

[edit]

Would this be the place to add a short list of some terms from the Unas language? KorbenDirewolf 06:10, 12 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Healing device

[edit]

A sargophagous is based on the Ancient Healing Device. Human's are a lot closer to Ancients than Unas. Maybe the healing device doesn't work on Unas. Thinktank

Redirect/P3X-888

[edit]

It should be mentioned that P3X-888 is both the Goa'uld and Unas homeworld, rather than having a redirect. Or the redirect system should be changed to give a list of species or civilizations living and/or evolving on that planet. It just seems unusual that attempting to look for information about P3X-888 gives you info on only the Unas. ----Shishire Maiga 02:10, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've changed the redirect to point to Planets in Stargate instead, hopefully this makes more sense in the grand scheme of things. Bryan Derksen 03:14, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Unas.png

[edit]

Image:Unas.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 16:09, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

picture too scary

[edit]

can we find a picture that isn't so scary? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.115.7.122 (talk) 01:22, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is what Unas look like. It's not like he's about to attack or anything, so about the only way to make the picture less scary would be to get one from the episode where they were slaves. — Val42 04:27, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
