Plural form is "Pastries"

Shouldn't the category be renamed to Pastries? All categories I've seen are in plural form. Spelemann 14:09, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Filo pastry

Where is filo pastry? It is conspicuous by its absence. The other main forms -
