Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/List of military topics
I don't know much about the Categories thing that has come up. Is the idea to convert ALL existing lists on Wikipedia into Categories ? Jay 17:01, 2 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Only the ones that are nothing but lists. For example, list of Marvel Comics characters is redundant with the existence of Category:Marvel Comics characters; but list of Twilight Zone episodes contains contextual information that's not possible to replicate in the Category system (although if Category:Twilight Zone episodes doesn't exist it probably will eventually; lists and categories can complement one another). -Sean Curtin 17:51, 2 Jul 2004 (UTC)
